Elsie Allen is the later screen actress who entered film work in 1929, not the Elsie Allen actress from 1915. She attended a parochial school and high school in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Her motion picture career began in 1929 after she won the Atlantic City “Summer Girl” contest.
